"My husband and I were looking around at cars and the first stop was at Lynch. Jack greeted us with a smile and was able to answer all our questions. We left that day still considering other options but once we tried out different cars and salespeople we weren’t as impressed. The car and overall experience with Jack was better by far. We felt no immediate pressure to purchase a car. A new car similar to the one we were looking at came in and he told us about it right away. "We're in the market for a flatbed 3500. Met with Dan from sales and we explored all of our options from used to new. Dan is fantastic with getting you numbers for weights and the actual financing numbers. Unfortunately because we are in a bit of a hurry to get the vehicle and the distance from our shop, we did not road test and of the truck. We ended up going with a used Ram that had 55,000 mi on it. The first week or so I noticed a little bit of squeaking from the brakes but just assumed it was from sitting on the lot. After pulling off the tires and taking a look at the pads and rotors it was clear that they sold us a truck needing a brake job. I expected a lot more from a dealership this large but the fault is my own for not test driving. Would love to give them more stars but I feel as if they did not do a full inspection on the vehicle before selling."

"My wife and I looked at four different car dealerships and when we came to Lynch.....we had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience unlike the other dealerships which left us with high pressure sales and alot of stress. Jack Kleinke was so wonderful to work with. "This is just my experience, but wanted to provide the review. I scheduled a test drive of the Alpha Romeo they had on site. Salesman wasn't ready at the time of the appointment, but only waited 10 minutes and the car was already parked ready to go so that was nice. Loved the test drive and knew I wanted the car. I asked 20 questions and got maybe 2 answers, understandable for the type of car, but he said he'd get me the info which he only gave me answers to 2 other small questions and never followed up on the others. Told the guy I wanted it but had an appointment to go to. He said no worries and that I just needed to put a deposit down, then sign some quick paperwork and it would take 5 minutes. I asked about the interest rate and another guy came by and acted like I was stupid to even ask about that saying 'what interest are you getting in the market.. then you shouldn't care.' It took the salesman 10 minutes to get me onto his computer before I could even start with the paperwork. 5 minutes in I knew it would take 20 minutes to fill it all in. 40 minutes and I was finally out the door after complaining that I don't like being late a few more times. Ended up being 10 minutes late. Next day my wife and I went back to get the vehicle. I told them I don't want any hassle, warranty, and I wanted this to be quick. The salesman was pleasant and talked for 5 minutes, then said just wait a minute and I'll get the finance manager to do the final paperwork. 30 minutes later we finally got to talk to the finance manager. She started on the warranty info and I said we don't want it and want to move on and finish quick. She acted like she didn't hear us, kept telling us about the warranties and then about personal stuff. This all took about 40 minutes. But I got the car and love it! About two weeks later, the oil change light came on, I asked the salesman about that and when we might expect the gift card promised when I bought the car. He said carfax showed the oil change was done at 28k miles (I bought it at 28,500), so he said don't worry about it. The card he said he would look into it. A week later no card and a new light came on saying, in flashing red, no oil and schedule maintenance. I wasn't going to ask the salesman since he sent me an AI bot message about what scheduled maintenance means just before. I scheduled an appointment with the service department thinking they might be able to help, but because the car kept saying no oil, I got the correct oil and put a few quarts in just so I could make it. A service person called and said they don't have the equipment to fix anything with this type of car so I'd have to go to a alpha romeo service center but to leave my appointment just in case and they'd call me the next day. I called international autos and they said don't drive the vehicle! I shouldn't have added oil and need to get it emptied and refilled at the correct levels or there could be serious issues. I found a guy near me, did that. 2 days later I canceled the appointment and then got a car from the service person a day late asking if I still had the appointment. What an experience... however, they did send the gift card after all this."

Always professional and told me everything about the truck and he knows what he is doing if you need to buy a vehicle you know a guy! That guy is Christian he well take care of you!! Now the finance guy I believe his name is Eric another cool cat and handles he business professionally and he helped me get a great deal on the truck and the warranty I got all three and wow amazing! I was really confident after I bought my new ride with not having to worry about my purchase because he made it easy and painless lol! "Took my 2026 GMC Sierra in for issues with my sound system in my truck. Was told there is no fix currently and GM is aware of the issue and a software update will be sent to me over the air. Unfortunately I could not take my truck to the dealer I bought it from since it is 5 hours away. Sound system is still having issues. Called the dealer I bought the truck from and they informed me there is a fix for the IOK radio. Doc ID 7136729. Also my first comp oil change resulted in oil leaking from the filter that was never addressed to me. Found oil on my driveway even though I was told they fixed the leak."

"This is the second time I'm replying to the survey. I was interrupted while taking it and when I returned I couldn't get to where I left off and the survey which was really my additional comments so here we go. We first met our salesman. Phil, when we stopped by to look at new cars in the parking lot he came over and introduced himself and he is very personable and easy to talk to and he listened to what we are looking for. He went out, got the keys, opened up the car and we looked at it. We didn't take it for a drive. We just wanted to know what the price would be and he explained that pretty much is what's on the sticker there. I said okay so we did not negotiate anything. We brought our car back or in fact he took our car and Phil got us a trade-in price which was $1,000 for our 2009 Impala. He did research for other vehicles in the area that might be closer to what we but not the color. Would also mention that Jacob who handled the financial end of it was able to transfer our Illinois plates which we had just renewed to the Tahoe. Much appreciated that. Bottom line Phil provided us with excellent customer service!"

"My son is a broke college kid and was looking for a car. We spent a long and frustrating week shopping for a used cars at multiple other dealerships. We felt like every dealership we visited treated us the same way. My son said it best. “Dad…..it seems like nobody cares about what our needs are. They just want to sell us a car from their lot even if it they know it doesn’t fit us.” We finally ended up making the 45 minute drive down to Mukwonago to visit Lynch. From the minute we walked in and met Patrick, we felt like we were listed to and cared about. Patrick was nothing short of AWESOME. Zero pressure. Friendly. Listened to our needs. "My husband and I had the most wonderful and rewarding experience going through the vehicle purchase process with Jack Kleinke and team at Lynch Chevrolet. We worked with Jack for about three weeks before we were able to travel from Missouri to view and test drive our 2025 Chevy High Country. We made it to Lynch about 15 minutes late on 3-14, but Jack was kind and understanding. He was curious about our lives and our family and shared stories of his young life and family with us. We started our test drive at about 10:45 and by 1pm or so, we were leaving the dealership after making arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was so kind and generous to work with.
