"We just purchased a used (new to us) Ford Edge. We had one of the BEST car buying experiences you could have! Steve was the sales person we worked with. We have bought new and used vehicles over the years and we sincerely feel that working with Steve was a true pleasure and he went out of his way to provide us with outstanding customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and we left feeling like we knew how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had!!! We discovered after we drove the car out of the lot that it had a nail in the tire. Although it was a pain to need to drive all the way back to the dealership, they went out of their way to make it right! Not only did they give us a loaner car to use, the Manager John had all 4 of the tires replaced with new! We sincerely appreciated this extra effort to go above and beyond to make things right for us. I think their motto should be something along the lines of treating each customer like family as this is truly how they made us feel.
