"My husband and I were looking around at cars and the first stop was at Lynch. Jack greeted us with a smile and was able to answer all our questions. We left that day still considering other options but once we tried out different cars and salespeople we weren’t as impressed. The car and overall experience with Jack was better by far. We felt no immediate pressure to purchase a car. A new car similar to the one we were looking at came in and he told us about it right away. He kept us in budget while also being able to meet all our needs and more. Once we saw this car, we knew it was a done deal. We talked with Alex who deals with the finances and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and they were very willing to work with our schedules. Overall our experience at Lynch was top notch and we would highly recommend this dealership!"

"My wife and I looked at four different car dealerships and when we came to Lynch.....we had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience unlike the other dealerships which left us with high pressure sales and alot of stress. Jack Kleinke was so wonderful to work with. We would pop in to look before we were ready and he was always gracious and kind knowing that he was building a relationship, we felt that, and it paid off! Thank you ao much Jack for everything! "Took my 2026 GMC Sierra in for issues with my sound system in my truck. Was told there is no fix currently and GM is aware of the issue and a software update will be sent to me over the air. Unfortunately I could not take my truck to the dealer I bought it from since it is 5 hours away. Sound system is still having issues. Called the dealer I bought the truck from and they informed me there is a fix for the IOK radio. Doc ID 7136729. Also my first comp oil change resulted in oil leaking from the filter that was never addressed to me. Found oil on my driveway even though I was told they fixed the leak."

"My husband and I had the most wonderful and rewarding experience going through the vehicle purchase process with Jack Kleinke and team at Lynch Chevrolet. We worked with Jack for about three weeks before we were able to travel from Missouri to view and test drive our 2025 Chevy High Country. We made it to Lynch about 15 minutes late on 3-14, but Jack was kind and understanding. He was curious about our lives and our family and shared stories of his young life and family with us. We started our test drive at about 10:45 and by 1pm or so, we were leaving the dealership after making arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was so kind and generous to work with. Patti, the Finance Manager was thorough and fun as she worked through the complexities of selling a car to out of state customers. We met other team members like Taylor and Tom that greeted us and referred us to reputable restaurants to experience while we were in Milwaukee. This dealership and its employees function as a warm, big, family hug. Our truck was in top class shape and anything that was missing (like headphones for the infotainment center) was replaced by Jack before the car was shipped. Give Lynch a chance, I would do business with this team again if given the opportunity. Keep doing good work Jack, you have a phenomenal career and life ahead of you.
