"This is the second time I'm replying to the survey. I was interrupted while taking it and when I returned I couldn't get to where I left off and the survey which was really my additional comments so here we go. We first met our salesman. Phil, when we stopped by to look at new cars in the parking lot he came over and introduced himself and he is very personable and easy to talk to and he listened to what we are looking for. He went out, got the keys, opened up the car and we looked at it. We didn't take it for a drive. We just wanted to know what the price would be and he explained that pretty much is what's on the sticker there. I said okay so we did not negotiate anything. We brought our car back or in fact he took our car and Phil got us a trade-in price which was $1,000 for our 2009 Impala. He did research for other vehicles in the area that might be closer to what we but not the color. Would also mention that Jacob who handled the financial end of it was able to transfer our Illinois plates which we had just renewed to the Tahoe. Much appreciated that. Bottom line Phil provided us with excellent customer service!"
